Privacy Policy

Effective Date

Effective August 28, 2026.

Information We Collect

Information collected directly from customers may include a name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, telephone number, account sign-in details, order and product information, return activity, and conversations with Customer Support. The site also records technical and usage information such as device and browser data, IP address, cookies, logs, and interactions. Full payment credentials are handled by payment providers; the store receives transaction status plus limited billing or fraud-screening details needed to fulfill the purchase.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to run the storefront and accounts; take payments; fulfill, deliver, return, and refund orders; screen for fraud; send service and order messages; answer support requests; protect and troubleshoot the site; improve store performance; maintain business and tax records; apply our terms; and meet legal duties. Marketing is sent only when permitted and remains subject to the choices available to the recipient.

How Information Is Shared

Personal information is disclosed only where reasonably necessary to payment companies, carriers and fulfillment partners, hosting and technology suppliers, security and fraud services, Customer Support tools, professional advisers, or public authorities acting under a legal requirement. It may also be transferred as part of a financing, merger, reorganization, or business sale with appropriate protections. We do not exchange personal information for money.

Data Retention

Records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this notice. Order, payment, tax, and transaction records are generally retained for up to seven years, or longer when the law requires. Account information remains while an account is open and for a reasonable period afterward. Support, security, and dispute materials may be held long enough to resolve a matter, deter abuse, or establish or defend a legal claim, while backup copies expire through their standard rotation.

Data Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures suited to the information we handle. These include controlled access, limits placed on service providers, routine system care, and security monitoring. Even with those measures, no online transmission or storage environment can be promised as completely secure.

Privacy Choices and Rights

Privacy rights depend on the law that applies to the individual and the processing. They may include requesting access to or correction of personal information, objecting to or restricting certain uses, withdrawing consent where consent is relied upon, and requesting deletion when the law permits. Submit a request through a verified Contact Us channel. We may verify identity and authority before responding.
