Effective Date
Effective August 28, 2026.
Scope and Eligibility
These Terms & Conditions apply to this website and orders placed through the store. Visiting the site or submitting an order means the customer accepts these terms together with the policies referenced here. A customer must be at least 18, or the age of majority where they live, and have legal capacity to enter the purchase.
Products and Services
Every product remains subject to availability. We take reasonable care with descriptions, measurements, materials, finishes, features, and photographs, although colors can differ by screen and natural materials can vary. Before ordering, customers should check the listing, dimensions, installation requirements, compatibility, and chosen options. An obvious description or stock error may be corrected before we accept the order.
Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Charges
Prices use the currency identified by the storefront or checkout. Before submission, checkout itemizes applicable tax, delivery charges, discounts, and other fees. Unless the checkout total specifically includes them, the customer remains responsible for destination import duty, brokerage, and similar charges.
Accepted Payment Methods
Only payment choices visible in the current checkout can be used. Depending on the transaction, these may include major debit or credit cards and supported digital payment services. The options can differ according to the order, billing information, destination, currency, and eligibility rules applied by the payment provider.
Payment Timing and Billing
Submitting an order may prompt the payment service to authorize the amount and, depending on the method shown at checkout, to capture it immediately or when processing starts. The customer authorizes the displayed total and is responsible for correct billing details. If we reject or cancel an order after funds are captured, the relevant amount is returned to the original payment method.
Ordering Process
To order, choose a product and its available options, add accurate billing and delivery information, select an offered shipping service and payment method, check the item details and full total, agree to the applicable terms, and submit. Entered details can be corrected before the final submission.
Order Acceptance
The Order Confirmation shows that the store received a submission; it is not, by itself, acceptance. Unless applicable law provides differently, acceptance and the sales contract occur when a dispatch confirmation is sent. We may decline or cancel for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or listing error, unsuccessful payment authorization, suspected fraud or misuse, delivery limits, quantity restrictions, or a legal obligation. Any amount already captured for a rejected order will be refunded.
Customer Cancellations
Ask to cancel through a verified Contact Us channel before the order reaches packing, customization, or shipment. We will make a reasonable attempt, but cannot promise a cancellation. Once fulfillment is underway, the Returns & Refunds policy governs the next steps. Nothing here narrows a cancellation right that applicable law requires.
Complaints and Warranty Rights
For a concern about an item or service, send Customer Support the order number, a clear account of the problem, and relevant photographs. We will investigate and offer a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy when required by our published policy, an applicable manufacturer's warranty, or consumer law. A manufacturer's warranty supplements rather than replaces legal rights that cannot be waived.
User Responsibilities
Customers must keep submitted information accurate and current, protect account credentials, use the store lawfully, avoid fraudulent purchases, and observe product quantity or resale limits. No one may disrupt the site, upload malicious code, harvest or reproduce content at scale without permission, impersonate another person, or seek access they are not authorized to have.
Intellectual Property
The storefront's writing, product photography, artwork, logos, arrangement, software, and other materials belong to or are licensed to our business and are protected by intellectual-property law. Visitors receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the site for personal shopping. Except where law allows, no content may be copied, altered, distributed, sold, or otherwise commercially exploited without advance written consent.
Liability and Events Beyond Control
These terms do not exclude a liability or consumer protection that the law does not allow us to exclude. To the fullest lawful extent, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, and total responsibility connected with an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delay or nonperformance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to limit the effect and provide any remedy the law requires.
Dispute Resolution
Please raise a concern with Customer Support first so there is an opportunity to resolve it quickly. If no resolution is reached, either side may use a court or small-claims venue that has jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer safeguards and the ability to complain to an appropriate regulator remain intact. Nothing in these terms creates compulsory arbitration or gives up a right that cannot legally be waived.
Data Protection
Our current Privacy Policy describes how personal information is obtained, used, disclosed, retained, and secured. The Cookie Policy describes cookies and related technology. Each forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions when operations, services, or legal requirements change. The page will show the revised effective date and, where necessary, we will give additional notice. Unless the law requires a different result, an order continues to be governed by the version in effect when it was submitted.
